President of Turkey Ahmed Sezer congratulated Robert Kocharian on the occasion of his reelection as the president of Armenia. In his message Mr. Sezer particularly stated: \"Your Excellency, I would like to congratulate you on the occasion of your reelection as the president of Armenia. I hope that during your second presidency term, your region, with your involvement, would be able to make firm steps towards long-term peace, stability and cooperation.
