Iran is our close neighbor, and the issue is not on the agenda,\" he said. European Commissioner for External Relations and Neighborhood Policy Benita Ferrero-Waldner told the press briefing that the European Commission hopes for a peaceful settlement of the Iranian nuclear issue.
