The Abkhaz Central Elections Commission declared Bagapsh the winner of the region\'s presidential elections. He will be sworn in on December 6. Current Abkhaz President Vladislav Ardzinba plans to continue performing his duties after December 6, since he is insisting on holding repeat presidential elections in the republic. (Interfax)
