The Kyrgyz Parliament voted 25-38 in a secret ballot on Thursday to reject President Kurmanbek Bakiyev\'s proposal to reappoint Felix Kulov as the country\'s prime minister. Kulov needed to win the votes of 38 of parliament\'s 75 members to keep his post.
